Purpose
The Grants Manager will provide operational support for the Trust's grantmaking functions, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient grant administration across the full lifecycle. This role serves as the primary systems manager for grant operations and works in close coordination with Programs and Finance staff.

Term
This agreement shall be effective from June 2026 through June 2027, with the option to renew upon mutual agreement.
Hours & Availability
The Grants Manager will work approximately 5-10 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility to be determined in coordination with the VP of Programs. Core availability during standard business hours is expected for internal coordination and meetings.
Consultant is engaged as an independent contractor and not as an employee of Client. Consultant shall be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, including income taxes, self-employment taxes, and any other applicable obligations arising from compensation paid under this Agreement. Client will not withhold any taxes and will issue a Form 1099, as required by law.
Deliverables
Grant tracking and status reports: Weekly or as requested
Compliance monitoring updates: Monthly
System training sessions for staff: As needed
System improvement recommendations and workflow testing: Quarterly
Dashboard updates for leadership: Monthly or as requested
