Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Create, publish, and manage engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics) aligned with the brand’s voice and visual identity.
  • Monitor social media channels daily, respond promptly to inquiries, and foster positive engagement with online communities.
  • Plan and implement social media campaigns, promotions, influencer collaborations, and partnerships to boost reach and conversions.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, leads) and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media activities with broader business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Instagram Ads Manager).
  • Creative mindset with excellent skills in copywriting, visual storytelling, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in design or editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
