Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Create, publish, and manage engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics) aligned with the brand’s voice and visual identity.
- Monitor social media channels daily, respond promptly to inquiries, and foster positive engagement with online communities.
- Plan and implement social media campaigns, promotions, influencer collaborations, and partnerships to boost reach and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, leads) and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media activities with broader business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Instagram Ads Manager).
- Creative mindset with excellent skills in copywriting, visual storytelling, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in design or editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
