Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic and Fashion Designer, located in Ernakulam. The designer will be responsible for developing creative and innovative fashion concepts, including working with embroidery, textile selection, and creating garment designs. The role involves collaborating with team members to ensure design ideas align with brand identity and customer preferences, managing fittings, and contributing to finalizing production-ready designs. The position also includes staying current with fashion trends to inspire new and fresh ideas for collections.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fashion Design with experience in creating innovative garment concepts
• Knowledge and expertise in Embroidery and Textiles to enhance design quality
• Hands-on experience with Fitting and designing fashion pieces according to specifications
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and an ability to translate them into unique designs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver quality outputs within deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in the fashion industry or related sector is preferred
