• • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics with a strong portfolio showcasing both static and animated work.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong skills in motion design, animation principles, and video editing.
  • Experience with design tools like Figma or Sketch for creating UI assets.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Knowledge of current design trends, especially in tech and SaaS industries.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills and ability to accept constructive feedback.
  • Nice to have experience with 3D design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender).
  • Nice to have knowledge of Lottie animations for web and mobile.
  • Nice to have familiarity with video production, shooting, and lighting.
  • Nice to have experience with sound design and audio editing.
  • Nice to have understanding of HTML/CSS for web animations.

Responsibilities

• • Create high-quality graphic designs for digital and print media, including social media, blogs, emails, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all visual communications.
  • Design infographics, illustrations, and data visualizations to simplify complex information.
  • Develop visual concepts for campaigns, product launches, and initiatives.
  • Design and animate motion graphics for product demos, explainer videos, and marketing content.
  • Create micro-interactions and animations for web and mobile interfaces.
  • Produce animated social media content, GIFs, short-form videos, and onboarding sequences.
  • Edit videos and manage post-production workflows.
  • Design visual assets for social platforms, YouTube thumbnails, and video branding.
  • Create email templates, landing pages, banner ads, and promotional materials.
  • Support product UI with illustrations, icons, animations, tooltips, and empty states.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to bring static designs to life through motion.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to align visuals with requirements.
  • Present concepts, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly while managing multiple projects.
  • Maintain organized libraries of brand assets, templates, and guidelines.
  • Use AI-powered tools for image generation, enhancement, motion workflows, and creative experimentation while preserving originality and brand integrity.
