Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize & Design: Study design briefs and determine requirements to create original visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, and print collateral.
- Brand Identity: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual assets, including logos, color palettes, and typography.
- Collaborate: Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to brainstorm creative concepts and execute tactical marketing initiatives.
- Refine & Finalize: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to produce polished, error-free final assets.
- Technical Production: Prepare print-ready files and optimize digital graphics for various screen sizes and platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Typically 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and technical execution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma, Canva, or Sketch is a plus.
