Wenning Branding is a fast paced, creative marketing company specializing in promotional products, graphic design, motion graphics, web development, email marketing, and social media advertising. We manage multiple in house brands and client accounts across diverse industries and are seeking a highly skilled contractor who can own the creative process across design, motion graphics, and social media content creation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast moving environment, understands direct response marketing, and knows how to design content that performs, not just content that looks good.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Graphic and Motion Designer who is also experienced in social media advertising and content creation. You will concept, design, edit, and manage creative assets across multiple platforms and brands. Your work will directly support paid ad campaigns, organic content, landing pages, and email marketing.

This is a creative and strategic role requiring five years of proven professional experience working with companies or agencies on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Design high quality static graphics, motion graphics, and short form video content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
• Develop, build, and optimize creative for social media advertising campaigns
• Create ad sets and content packages that support direct response marketing goals
• Produce complete social media posts including graphics, captions, layouts, and platform optimized formats for Wenning Branding and our client accounts
• Design email marketing content including graphics, layouts, and motion elements
• Assist with landing page visuals to reduce bounce rates and increase conversions
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple companies and client industries
• Stay current with platform trends, content formats, and high performing ad styles
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute high impact creatives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum five years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and social media content creation
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work for multiple companies, agencies, or clients
• Proven experience creating high performing social media advertising creatives
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
• Skilled in creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and additional platforms
• Understanding of performance based creative including hooks, pacing, hierarchy, and storytelling
• Experience producing graphics and layouts for email campaigns
• Solid understanding of UX principles for landing page visuals
• Must be self driven, detail oriented, and able to work independently
• Must be located in the United States

Pay: Starting at eighteen dollars per hour with adjustments based on experience and skill level
Schedule: Flexible and remote

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5.0 per week
