SA Beauty is looking for a talented Graphic and Packaging Designer with experience in the beauty, skincare, or personal care industry. This role is ideal for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer who understands both the art and technical execution of packaging—from concept through production.

You will play a key role in bringing products to life through innovative packaging, compelling visuals, and production-ready design work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop primary and secondary packaging for beauty and bath products
• Create and build dielines for cartons, labels, and various packaging formats
• Develop and manage packaging spec sheets (spec work) including materials, finishes, dimensions, and production requirements
• Prepare print-ready files and work closely with vendors/manufacturers to ensure accurate execution
• Produce high-quality mock-ups and realistic product renders for presentations and marketing
• Create graphics, illustrations, layouts, and branding elements aligned with brand identity
• Adapt existing templates to generate a high volume of packaging files across multiple SKUs
• Review samples and provide detailed feedback, approvals, or revisions
• Collaborate with internal teams on product launches and creative direction
• Stay up to date on beauty trends, packaging innovations, and design standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Packaging Design, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in graphic and packaging design, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
• Packaging design (including dielines)
• Packaging spec sheets / production files
• Product mock-ups and 3D renders
• Illustration and branding work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong experience building and editing dielines in Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with 3D rendering tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar)
• Deep understanding of print production, materials, and finishes (foil, embossing, UV, etc.)
• Strong sense of typography, color, and layout
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with packaging manufacturers and suppliers (domestic and overseas)
• Knowledge of packaging structures and basic engineering principles
• Experience with e-commerce and digital asset creation
• Familiarity with beauty industry regulations and packaging requirements
