Graphic and Web Designer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX & Web Designer with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Figma and Photoshop, and the ability to convert design files into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS using Bootstrap. This role combines strong visual design with solid frontend implementation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop (must-have).
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap for building responsive web layouts.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and web usability.
• Attention to detail and commitment to pixel-perfect implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly, modern interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Convert designs from Figma and Photoshop into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS using Bootstrap.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes.
• Ensure design consistency across pages and platforms.
• Optimize frontend designs for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Keep up with the latest trends in design and frontend development.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Sketch.

Understanding of version control systems like Git.

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or frontend frameworks.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,045.71 - ₹30,693.20 per month
