Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Web Designer with 0–3 years of experience to design visually appealing graphics and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, basic web design knowledge, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging digital visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics for digital and print media (social media, websites, ads, brochures, banners, etc.)
• Create and maintain website designs, layouts, and visual elements
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and visual concepts for web pages
• Ensure brand consistency across all design assets
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams
• Optimize designs for responsiveness and performance
• Update and maintain existing website content and visuals
• Prepare design files for development and final production
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in graphic and/or web design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools
• Experience designing for digital marketing campaigns

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
