Graphic Anodizer Painter/Artist

Abel Automatics Inc. is one of the leading manufacturer of reels in the fly fishing industry, producing fly reels, knives, and other accessories right here in our Camarillo, Ca. factory. Abel is looking for someone with hand painting experience in which we can train to paint our high end finish/graphics to our products, using our proprietary anodizing paint/ dye process.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Hand paint our graphic designs on reels and accessories per our preset recipes
2) Color match and Inspect final product before final process
3) Mix paints/Dyes to precise color per our preset recipes

Qualifications/Work Experience:
1)Must have great attention to detail and ability to follow direction
2) Ability to multitask and prioritize work in order to meet due dates/deadlines
3) Able to sit and focus for a majority of the day ( WE WORK 10HR SHIFTS)
4) Have a great eye for colors, shades, and matching.
5) Computer/laser etching experience is a plus but not required

WE WORK MONDAY-THURSDAY 10 HOUR MORNING SHIFTS WITH PRODUCTION DICTATING FRIDAY OVERTIME HOURS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
