facilities. We screen print, DTG, DTF, embroider, and deliver — fast. Our

clients include national brands, corporate buyers, promotional

distributors, event producers, and nonprofits. We don't sit still and neither

does our art department.

What You Bring

Prepare and separate art files for screen printing (spot color and simulated

process)

▸ Set up production-ready files for DTG, DTF, and Digital Squeegee output

Create original artwork and adapt client-supplied logos for garment

decoration

▸

▸ Collaborate with sales and production to hit same-day and rush deadlines

Communicate art specs and mock-up approvals with clients and account

reps

▸

▸ Maintain organized file libraries and manage version control across jobs

Support embroidery digitizing or coordinate with digitizing partners as

needed

▸

▸ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign a plus)

Working knowledge of screen printing production art — color separations,

halftones, underbase builds

▸

▸ Experience prepping files for DTG/DTF print workflows

Strong understanding of garment decoration constraints (ink limitations,

thread counts, placement)

▸

Ability to work fast without sacrificing accuracy — this is a production

environment

▸

2+ years in decorated apparel, print, or a related production art role

preferred

▸

Team-first attitude; you'll collaborate with press operators, embroidery

staff, and sales daily

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
