Graphic Artist

The Graphic Artist is responsible for creating, editing, and preparing production-ready artwork for athletic uniforms and related products. This role supports multiple departments by translating customer artwork, mockups, and design concepts into accurate digital files for manufacturing and decoration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Create and edit vector artwork using computer-based design software
• Recreate logos, lettering, numbering systems, and garment artwork from customer-provided files, mockups, and samples
• Prepare production-ready art files for sublimation, embroidery, tackle twill, screen print, and related decoration methods
• Ensure artwork accuracy, sizing, spacing, and placement align with production standards
• Maintain brand consistency and follow customer or licensing guidelines
• Collaborate with customer service, sales, production, and design teams to resolve artwork and production issues
• Review artwork at multiple stages and make revisions as needed
• Organize and maintain digital artwork files and related documentation
• Assist with special projects and process improvements as assigned
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Other job-related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and related graphic design software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Understanding of garment decoration processes preferred
• Experience with vector artwork and typography preferred

GENERAL PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

• Sitting: 7 hours or more per day
• Standing: in one place 1 - 3 hours per days
• Walking: 1 - 3 hours per day
• Lifting: 10 - 25 pounds with good body mechanics
• Requires very accurate near and far vision
• Match or discriminate between colors red/green and blue/violet
• Accurate depth perception required

Pay: $18.00 per hour
