Graphic Artist - Figma Specialist (Freelance)

Summary:
A graphic artist designer is responsible for creating visual content that communicates messages and ideas effectively, and should have strong artistic skills, a keen eye for detail, creativity, proficiency in design software, and the ability to communicate ideas visually.

Key responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Design PowerPoint presentations and decks that effectively communicate key messages and data.
• Develop creative concepts and designs for promotional materials, including banners, flyers, and advertisements.
• Design and layout website elements ensuring a consistent and professional look.
• Work closely with web developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Work with clients to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, After Effects).
• Experience with web design tools and software (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
• Ability to manage time efficiently meet project deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹269.00 - ₹335.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
