Purpose:
The Graphic Design Administrator will support the marketing team in developing visually compelling materials that communicate our brand, science, and product value. This role will play a key part in translating complex concepts in animal health and nutrition into engaging visuals for diverse audiences.
Accountabilities:

Effectively utilizes Asana to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and collaboration with team members

Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, ads, social media graphics, product packaging, and trade show assets

Maintain and evolve BioZyme’s brand identity across all channels

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create cohesive campaigns

Develop visual content that simplifies scientific and technical information

Prepare files for print and digital distribution

Assist in website and email design updates

Ensure consistency in messaging and visual standard

Stay current with design trends and tools
Qualifications:
-
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field

Required Experience:
-
3+ years of professional graphic design experience

Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and digital design skills

Experience with resizing
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Experience with digital marketing assets and social media design

Basic understanding of print production processes

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a timely manner

Willing and able to relocate or live within commutable distance of Headquarters (St. Joseph, MO)

Willing and able to be 100% in-person for this role
