Graphic Design and Production Specialist

The Graphic Design and Production Specialist is responsible for helping clients communicate a compelling and visually engaging brand image through digital, electronic, and print media. This role may involve designing logos, brochures, signage, motion graphics, and web visuals. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail and cultural sensitivity to ensure all creative work resonates positively with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate and manipulate graphic images and text into cohesive multimedia deliverables.
· Review final artwork and production files with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in layout, images, text, and links.
· Develop and improve workflows related to design, file formats, and production processes.
· Resize and prepare client-supplied artwork for production.
· Verify resolution, quality, and usability of all client artwork.
· Create graphic panel layouts for client proofing, including placement within exhibit structures, sizing, materials, and production specifications.
· Perform light manipulation or adjustment of client artwork when necessary.
· Contribute to design concept development when required.
· Support special projects, including visual inventory and asset management.
· Assist sales and design teams with presentation decks and client materials.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager of Graphic Management.
Requirements:
· 3–5 years of experience in graphic production; tradeshow/exhibition industry experience required.
· Strong understanding of large-format production processes.
· Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
· Formal vocational training required; degree or certifications preferred.
· Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both internal teams and client interaction.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including occasional domestic travel.
