Wildhouse is seeking a Design Assistant to support in developing concepts for large-scale brand environments, activations, and custom builds.

This role is for someone who wants to be part of a fast-paced creative production team and gain direct exposure to how concepts are developed, refined, and brought to life across a range of projects.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with concept development alongside the Lead Experiential Designer and Creative Director
• Support 3D modeling and render preparation (Blender preferred)
• Create presentation mocks for events including weddings, corporate activations, and brand environments
• Execute design revisions and spatial layout updates
• Prepare files for production and fabrication
• Source materials, references, and visual assets
• Maintain organized project files and workflows
• Contribute to the design and production of wedding stationery and day-of event signage

Interview Process

A timed mock presentation will be part of the interview process, allowing us to asses how you approach concepts, structure ideas, and communicate under time constraints.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
