Graphic Design & Content Specialist

Hours Required – this full-time position will require 40 hours per week. Gravity maintains a hybrid work environment, and hours can be split between working in the office and remotely. Most people spend time in the office 4 days per week. During the onboarding and training period (first 6-9 months), the expectation is to work primarily in the office to take advantage of opportunities to learn from and connect with other members of the team.


About the Role – As a member of our creative team, the Graphic Design & Content Specialist will concept, design, and produce engaging visual and written content for a variety of channels, including social media, digital campaigns, and the Gravity Group brand. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team, digital strategist, and company leadership to create content that reflects Gravity’s thoughtful, creative, and client-centered approach.


This role is perfect for someone who’s quick, curious, and energized — someone who loves trying new ideas, spotting emerging trends, and creating content that feels timely, culturally aware, and fun. You’re comfortable producing high-quality content efficiently, adapting it for different formats, and keeping a pulse on what engages audiences right now.


We’re looking for someone eager to grow their skills across multiple disciplines of content creation — including graphic design, short-form video, and digital storytelling.


Qualifications & Skills

Possesses the following qualities:

Must-Haves:

  • 1–3 years of experience creating content for brands, marketing teams, or creative agencies
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or strong skills in Canva and mobile content tools
  • Excellent eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling – with the ability to apply brand systems quickly and flexibly across multiple content formats
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of social media tone and voice
  • Understanding of branding and marketing fundamentals
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to clearly express ideas, listen actively, and collaborate effectively with teammates and clients
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn and experiment with new formats, styles, and ideas
  • Naturally plugged into pop culture, digital trends, and social behavior
  • Ability to balance quality and speed – understands when content needs to be refined and when it needs to move quickly to stay relevant


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with photography or motion graphics
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and engagement metrics
  • Ability to create simple, engaging videos for social platforms (Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts)


Primary Responsibilities & Duties

  • Concept and produce on-brand visual content (graphics, videos, reels, motion graphics, etc.) for Gravity Group and client projects.
  • Develop creative ideas and bring them to life through strong storytelling and design.
  • Design and adapt visual assets across a range of needs – from social graphics and video elements to presentations and brand assets – balancing speed, consistency, and impact.
  • Create and schedule social media content (posts, captions, stories, etc.) aligned with strategic goals.
  • Support the creation of blog posts, presentations, and other written content as needed.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy team members to brainstorm ideas and ensure brand consistency.
  • Edit and adapt content for different channels and formats.
  • Stay current on social media trends, creative tools, and emerging content formats.
  • Contribute to internal projects that showcase Gravity’s expertise and culture.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
