Overview:
We have an exciting role of Specialist Graphic Designer (Healthcare – Digital) to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.
Responsibilities:
This is an exciting role and would entail you to

Have a deep understanding of graphic design for both print and digital advertising and marketing

Have a deep understanding of healthcare & pharmaceutical brand advertising and marketing

Generate ideas for advertising and marketing

Develop creatives for global healthcare and pharmaceutical brand campaigns

Assess the work of other designers and make decisions from a technical point of view

Lead, manage, and train junior designers
-
Ensure consistent quality output and follow best practice guidelines

Ensure client delight and meet the agreed Service Level Agreements

Qualifications:
This may be the right role for you if you have,

8 to 10 years in experience with integrated creative production as a Specialist designer in an agency or studio that specializes in serving healthcare and pharmaceutical brands

Work with marketing, copywriting, and strategy teams to conceptualize and develop visual narratives that meet business goals.

Ensure all visual content adheres to brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and channel-specific specifications.

Create templates, design systems, and scalable design assets for recurring use.

Provide art direction support and offer design recommendations based on target audience and campaign objectives.

Guide visual consistency across multi-format deliverables such as landing pages, social carousels, email templates, and presentations.

Review and refine assets developed by junior designers; provide constructive feedback and quality assurance.

Stay up to date with industry trends and proactively introduce innovative design formats, techniques, and tools.

Manage timelines and workload independently while collaborating across creative, production, and marketing teams.

Participate in project scoping, estimation, and stakeholder reviews as needed.

Properly save files within our online server system

Execute specific marked up changes within the materials, such as flashcards, leave behinds, banner ads, emails, websites and videos
-
Re-size approved materials as needed (resize journal ads to new size, resize banner ads to new sizes, resize emails for mobile)

Handle the final production of jobs and deliver to vendors/internal developers
-
Understand agency process as it applies to timelines, routes, and deliverables
-
Be able to troubleshoot and flex within the role as needed

Be able to handle a high volume of projects from different clients
