Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer at Moople Institute of Animation & Design (Bardhhaman Branch). The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, graphic designs, logos, branding elements, and typography for print and social media promotion.

Experience : 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities :

• Conceptualize and design creative visuals for digital and print mediums, including brochures, banners, social media posts, websites, and marketing materials.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with the brand's message and objectives.
• Develop unique concepts and ideas for branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Create high-quality illustrations, logos, and other design elements as per project requirements.
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and meet industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Indesign, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Experience in designing for both digital and print platforms.
• Attention to detail and creativity in creating visually impactful designs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members effectively.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory.
• Previous faculty experience will be given priority.
