ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are building a multi-billion dollar brand, and we are looking for a Design Intern to help ensure we look the part. Working with our in-house and remote Creative Team, you will touch nearly every visual touchpoint of the company—from our website and social channels to ads, events, video, and internal communications. This role is for a designer who loves refining the details and has a talent for transforming complex information into polished, professional assets. By the end of this internship, you will have built a diverse portfolio of high-impact work used daily by sales reps and LVT employees, gaining mastery in corporate brand systems, high-stakes presentation design, and cross-functional creative collaboration.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive Sales Enablement by designing sleek, informative one-pagers and multi-page brochures that empower our sales team to win.

  • Elevate Presentation Design, refining Google Slides for high-stakes executive presentations and internal company meetings.

  • Support Learning & Development by partnering with the LED team to design training materials, internal guides, and educational resources.

  • Enhance Internal Culture through the creation of digital screen graphics, posters, and custom packaging for company events and swag.

  • Execute Marketing & Tradeshow Assets, assisting with the design of digital and print advertisements as well as large-scale event materials.

  • Collaborate within the Creative Team, actively participating in design reviews and iterating on work based on constructive feedback.

  • Maintain Brand Consistency across all distributed and in-house projects to ensure a cohesive visual identity.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • The Portfolio: You must provide a link to a website portfolio, Behance profile, or a comprehensive PDF showcasing your design work.

  • Technical Toolkit: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and proficiency in Google Slides.

  • Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of typography, layout, and hierarchy—specifically the ability to make text-heavy documents inviting and readable.

  • Collaborative Spirit: A strong communicator who enjoys working within a distributed team and thrives on iterative improvement.

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a design program (Junior/Senior year), a recent graduate, or a self-taught designer with relevant work experience.

  • Bonus Proficiency: Experience designing or prototyping in Figma is a strong plus.
