Overview

M:7 Agency, a creative strategy and marketing firm in Beaver, Pennsylvania, is seeking a creative and determined Design Intern to join our team for Summer 2026 or earlier if available. This internship is ideal for someone eager to compose, execute, and showcase their craft across multiple areas of Design, including social media, brand identity, multimedia, and much more. You’ll gain real agency experience working on B2B, B2C, and nonprofit initiatives alongside a team that values creativity, collaboration, and sharp final products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in content Creation for M:7 Agency and its sister brands (M:7 Shop & M:7 Sports)
• Create engaging social content that drives conversions
• Photo editing and adjustments
• Assist in designing assets for web deployment
• Design complete marketing materials for practical use

Desired Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of completed academic work / personal projects.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with industry standard design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere).
• Strong grasp of aesthetic and brand presence / identity.
• Ability to apply design experience to a variety of mediums.
• Proficient in producing short form video content.
• Experience with photography and DSLR cameras & photo manipulation.
• Understanding of design principles in practice and ability to capture the viewer’s attention.
• Demonstrated interest in identifying trends, colors, typography to reach and resonate with specific audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Prior internship or experience in marketing or content creation is a plus but not required.
