Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and updating of sales collateral, including brochures, product sheets, and presentations

Support packaging and label design updates in alignment with brand and regulatory requirements

Assist with website updates, including graphics, layouts, and digital assets

Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and digital advertising
-
Ensure all design work aligns with established brand standards and guidelines

Prepare and organize design files for internal use and distribution
-
Work closely with the Graphic Designer to execute design tasks and receive feedback
-
Support ongoing marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed

Utilize design and AI tools to explore creative concepts and improve efficiency

Participate in and complete a defined internship project, which may include:

Development of a new set of sales materials

A website or digital design enhancement

A visual campaign or branding initiative
-
Present final project and key learnings to the marketing team at the conclusion of the internship
Competency Required for Position

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Working knowledge of AI-supported design tools such as MidJourney or similar platforms

Basic understanding of layout, typography, and visual design principles

Ability to follow brand guidelines and execute design work accurately

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a structured environment

Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines

Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
Qualifications Required

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Graphic Design, Marketing, or related program

Portfolio demonstrating design work (academic or professional)

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite required

Interest in digital design, branding, and marketing preferred

Familiarity with AI tools for design or content creation preferred
