About sharingbox
We’re a Brooklyn-based experiential marketing company using photos/video to connect brands and consumers. We create memories and unforgettable experiences, and sharingbox’s graphic designers make the magic happen, translate our client’s ideas and needs into reality. Designers here turn ideas into on-brand visuals that work on-site and online.
The Role
A 6-month, part-time internship focused on real-world marketing. You’ll concept, design, and ship production-ready assets across brand, events, and campaigns—collaborating with sales and technical teams and joining client conversations as needed.
Note: This internship does not convert to a full-time role.
What You’ll Do
- Design: branding/identity, marketing materials and decks, sales collateral, print, HTML/email graphics, booth skins, digital outputs.
- Concept: moodboards, references, and tight iterations aligned to the brief and environment.
- Quality: prepare clean, production-ready files for real-world use.
- Trends: track and share relevant design/culture trends (motion, type, color, experiential, AI tools).
- Systems: learn current systems and workflows, then develop personal systems that speed up the overall workflow (naming, versioning, asset libraries).
- Learn fast: pick up tools/processes quickly and apply feedback the same week.
You Bring
- Tools (priority order): Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. (After Effects is a plus for specific use cases.) Figma familiarity welcome.
- Comfortable switching tools interchangeably across print, digital, motion, and experiential.
- Production sense: you think about how designs print, display, and get used on-site.
- Communication & client guidance: present concepts clearly, reason through client requests, and set clear boundaries and guidance to help clients reach their goals.
- Organized & self-directed: you keep projects moving without hand-holding.
- Calm under deadlines: consistent quality at speed.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; fluent in English.
