Job Summary
The Graphic Design and Marketing Coordinator supports KDM’s sales and marketing initiatives through graphic design, digital marketing, and content development. This role is responsible for creating marketing materials, managing digital platforms, supporting lead generation efforts, and maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
The position works closely with sales and marketing leadership to promote KDM’s services, strengthen brand visibility, and support new business development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Graphic Design and Branding
- Design print and digital marketing materials including brochures, sales collateral, presentations, trade show graphics, and promotional materials
- Maintain corporate brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
- Create visual assets for advertising, email marketing, social media, and digital campaigns
- Support product launches and marketing initiatives with creative assets
Digital Marketing
- Manage and update company website content including landing pages, graphics, and blog posts
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and support search engine optimization efforts
- Develop and distribute email marketing campaigns
- Maintain digital marketing assets and content libraries
Social Media
- Create and manage content for company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels
- Develop a consistent social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Track social media performance and adjust strategies based on results
Lead Generation and Sales Support
- Assist with marketing campaigns designed to generate leads for the sales team
- Support development of targeted marketing initiatives for prospecting and account development
- Maintain and update marketing lists and CRM database
- Assist with marketing automation and campaign tracking
Event and Trade Show Marketing
- Assist with planning and marketing support for trade shows, client events, and company promotions
- Coordinate marketing materials and booth graphics for events
Administrative and Marketing Support
- Assist with photography, content creation, and general marketing support projects
- Coordinate vendor relationships for marketing services and materials
- Provide general marketing and administrative support to the sales team

Familiarity with social media management platforms
Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing analytics
Photography and basic video editing skills are a plus
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
One to three years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or digital marketing
Experience in retail, POP display, packaging, or manufacturing marketing environments is a plus
Travel Requirements
Less than 10 percent overnight travel
