Graphic Design & Marketing Internship

Position Overview

Confluence Financial Partners is seeking interested applicants for a Graphic Design & Marketing Internship, starting as early as March 2026.

This position will require the candidate to work directly with the firm’s Director of Marketing and Chief Operating Officer to design ads for circulation outside the firm, make updates to internal presentations for branded use, and create social media content for the firm. In addition to preparing these graphic design deliverables, the position may take on other tasks related to event set-up and management within the marketing department. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner who can quickly understand the basics of our brand and apply concepts from their relevant coursework and experience in their day-to-day work with the firm. Additionally, previous experience with online marketing and graphic design platforms is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or declared major in Graphic Design, or related field
• Previous experience with Photo Shop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Portfolio of previous graphic design work that can be reviewed during the interview process
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Previous work experience (in any field)
• Proficiency with all Microsoft applications

• Position will be paid a set, hourly rate, negotiated based on experience and education

• Confluence Financial Partners is not considered a remote workplace, as such, all interested candidates should be able to commit to a hybrid schedule for the remainder of the Spring semester, and transition to a fully in-office position for the summer.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
