We're looking for a Creative Marketing Coordinator who wants to do more than make things look good. At the core of this role is a simple mission: help our marketing team support agents as they build better businesses. You'll do that through design, creativity, and a sharp eye for aesthetics, packaging our ideas in a way that's clear, compelling, and beautiful.
From internal education and coaching content to agent-facing materials, you'll have a hand in nearly every part of how we show up. If you're a storyteller with a design mindset and a drive to produce work that actually performs, this role was made for you.
No real estate experience required — just a willingness to learn and a creative vision.
Design & Creative — The Core of This Role
- Design and package ongoing coaching, education, sales training, and brand assets — primarily content for courses, learning events, and team meetings. This includes but is not limited to physical resources & booklets, slide presentations, online course assets, creative video graphics, etc
- Build beautiful, on-brand emails that communicate our events, resources, and weekly updates
- Create brand assets for our physical spaces and print materials — office aesthetics, posters, recruiting booklets, and more
- Support our events team with designed assets like invitations, banners, and programs
- Elevate the aesthetic of our content and brand assets across every touchpoint
- Adhere to CENTURY 21 and CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate brand guidelines
Digital
- Build and maintain landing pages as needed
- Manage the company social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Agent Marketing Services Support
- Assist the Agent Marketing Services Coordinator with incoming agent requests, helping deliver timely, on-brand design and promotional support
- Support agents with custom design projects, marketing materials, and promotional assets that help them grow their business
- Help with agent onboarding touchpoints, events, and coaching initiatives as needed
- Provide day-of support for company events
What You Bring
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (InDesign, Illustrator) and a strong visual portfolio
- Ability to design across multiple media — print, email, web, educational materials, event assets, podcast covers, and more
- Web building capability — maintaining and occasionally designing new landing pages and websites
- A storyteller's mindset — you don't just design, you communicate
- 1-3+ years of professional work experience
People Skills
- Self-starter who takes ownership without being told twice
- Energetic and positive, with a can-do attitude even when the scope is ambitious
- Detail-oriented but able to move quickly
- Calm under pressure and reliable when deadlines matter
- A people person who works well across teams
Who You'll Work With You'll be a member of the Marketing Team and report to the Director of Marketing.
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
