Graphic Design & Marketing Support

Hean General Trading LLC is the GCC representative of Nawhal’s, one of the most popular sauce brands in Europe, and fast growing in the GCC

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with social media skills and digital marketing support to join our growing team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for a graphic design professional with a strong operational mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating engaging visual content that drives brand performance and growth, across digital and social platforms.

You'll be responsible for producing brand-aligned, visually compelling static and animated content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others. Working closely with the marketing team in Belgium, you will help translate strategy and ideas into effective visual communication that supports brand goals and engages audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual content (static posts, stories, reel covers, animated banners, etc.) tailored to each social media platform.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s visual identity and messaging guidelines.
• Support with online and offline Marketing tasks
• Collaborate with the Belgium marketing team to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual concepts.
• Stay current with emerging trends in social media and digital design, and proactively integrate them into your creative work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Optimize visual assets for engagement, reach, and overall performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating visual content for social media platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and animated content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
• Deep understanding of content formats, dimensions, and best practices for each platform.
• Highly creative and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Background in working within a marketing or creative team environment.
• Understanding of social media performance metrics and how visuals impact engagement.
• Proficient in English & Arabic — French is highly desirable.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.

This is a full-time role based from our office in Dubai.

Salary range between 6K to 7K AED, depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
