Job Title: Pre-Press Technician (Graphic Pre-Production)

Location: Manassas, VA (Onsite)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Press Technician (also known as a Senior Production Artist or Senior Desktop Publisher) to support high-quality graphic pre-production processes. This role requires strong technical expertise and attention to detail to ensure print-ready deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and finalize print-ready files for production
• Ensure accuracy in layout, color correction, and formatting
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project requirements
• Troubleshoot file issues and optimize artwork for various print formats
• Maintain consistency with brand and production standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong understanding of pre-press, typography, color management, and print production workflows
• Experience as a Senior Production Artist, Desktop Publisher, or similar role
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Nice to Have:

• Experience with print vendors and production environments
• Knowledge of file preparation standards (bleed, trim, resolution, etc.)
