Graphic Design & Print Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an ON SITE (no remote work) dynamic and creative Graphic Design & Print specialist to bring visual concepts to life across a variety of media. In this role, you will create designs that elevate. Your expertise in design software and print production, will drive the success of our customers. This position offers opportunities to work on diverse projects, from logo creation to large-scale print advertising.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative graphic designs for print and digital platforms, including brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, and signage.
• Lead art direction efforts to ensure visual consistency across all branding materials and campaigns.
• Create and refine logos, icons, and visual assets that enhance brand recognition and appeal.
• Design layouts for print production such as magazines, catalogs, and packaging using tools like the Adobe CC Suite.
• Manage color accuracy and consistency through color management techniques across various media formats.
• Collaborate with customers to communicate ideas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital art, illustration, layout design, and print advertising projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Microsoft.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual design principles, and sign manufacturing processes.
• Ability to produce high-quality digital art and photo manipulation while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients or team members.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
