Graphic Design/ Social Media/ Content Coordinator

Wild Cosmos is a luxury fashion brand expanding its retail presence, and we’re excited to welcome a new member to our growing team. We’re looking for someone passionate about fashion, creativity, storytelling, and building meaningful connections through content and client experience.

Wild Cosmos® is an empowering collection of elegant, comfortable clothing designed to help women move through daily life with confidence, strength, and grace. Defined by timeless silhouettes, luxurious pleated fabrics, and vibrant color, each piece is travel-friendly, wrinkle-resistant, and effortlessly refined. This role is ideal for someone who wants real hands-on experience helping grow a fashion brand while creating content that directly contributes to brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You won’t simply observe the creative process — you’ll become part of the vision behind shaping the digital world of Wild Cosmos®.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and other social platforms
• Film and edit fashion content, styling videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and campaign moments
• Help develop content highlighting new arrivals, styling inspiration, promotions, and live events
• Contribute creative ideas that drive engagement, brand growth, and sales
• Plan and schedule social media content across platforms
• Maintain and organize a monthly content calendar
• Collaborate with the team during photoshoots, product launches, pop-up events, and marketing campaigns
• Ensure all content aligns with the visual aesthetic and voice of Wild Cosmos®
• Travel 1 and/or 2 weekends per month to pop-up shops and events to assist with content creation, behind-the-scenes coverage, and occasional sales support
• Support website image needs, including product photography and AI-generated imagery
• Partner with the Sales Manager to help maintain and update the website
• Assist with live shopping events, including curating and hosting livestream sales

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Video Editing program required)
• Apparel, fashion, or creative industry experience preferred
• Passion for social media, digital marketing, and fashion storytelling
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms
• Intermediate to advanced video editing skills
• Photography and/or videography experience
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, branding, and storytelling
• Organized and comfortable managing content calendars and multiple deadlines
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging, sales-driven content
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable being on camera and participating in video content and live selling
• Adaptable with a positive attitude and willingness to wear many hats in a growing business

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
