About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design & Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role combines visual design, data-driven content optimization, and social media management. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging visuals, understands digital marketing trends, and can manage multiple social platforms efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics, infographics, and visual content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Design data visualizations to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
• Manage, schedule, and publish posts across social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong skills in graphic design and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and common design tools.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
