Globalgate International Exhibitions is leading organizer of international fashion and trade shows, connecting global brands and markets through creative and impactful event experiences.We are looking for long term business associate, preferably junior, who has a passion to develop himself / herself in an international career.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented  Graphic Design Specialist  to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality visual designs across digital and print media. This includes creating marketing materials, brand assets, social media content, exhibition visuals, and other promotional graphics that align with our brand identity and business objectives. The role requires both creativity and technical expertise to deliver compelling and visually consistent designs that effectively communicate our message.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to develop cohesive branding and promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design software, and best practices.
• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printers or external vendors when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 year  of professional experience in graphic design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) .
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
• Knowledge of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience designing for both  digital and print platforms .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Experience in  event or exhibition design  is a plus.
• Preferably living in Istanbul European side.
• This job requires to work at the office environment
