The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling designs across digital and print platforms.
1. Branding & Visual Identity

Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines across all communication materials.

Ensure all designs align with the company’s visual identity, tone, and messaging.
2. Content Creation

Design marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, flyers, roll-ups, social media posts, banners, and presentation templates.

Create engaging motion graphics, short videos, and animated content when required.

Design layouts for websites, landing pages, and user interfaces in collaboration with the marketing team.
3. Digital Marketing Support

Produce visual assets for social media campaigns, ads, newsletters, and website updates.

Adapt designs for multiple formats, dimensions, and channels.
4. Project Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.

Collaborate with external agencies and printers to ensure high-quality output.
5. Production & Quality Control

Prepare final artwork for printing, ensuring correct color profiles, dimensions, and bleed settings.

Review samples and proofs to ensure accuracy before final production.
6. Workflow & Task Management

Maintain an organized archive of design files and assets.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and propose design improvements.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital content, and print design work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.

Experience with motion graphics is a plus.

Familiarity with UI/UX design basics is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Preferred Experience

3-5 years of professional design experience.

Knowledge of Arabic and English design layouts (bilingual content experience is a plus).
