Graphic Design/ T-Shirt Production

Fun is always celebrated at Big Frog! You can help our customers celebrate the occasions that are worthy of custom t-shirts, sweatshirts, polos and more. As a member of our friendly and highly creative team you’ll consult with our customers to create a design and choose apparel that fits their individualized needs.

What you’ll do:

· Greet customers in our store, on the phone or via email and describe Big Frog’s capabilities.

· Communicate with customers on art proofs, timelines, order updates, and quotes.

· Work with customers to create designs they love!

· Integrate designs onto Big Frog templates and utilize our state of the art Direct-to-Garment printer to print on the designs (trust us, it’s cool!)

· Organize inventory and stock shelves while helping to maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness.

You may like this job if you enjoy:

· Working in a fast-paced environment with lots of variety (about 50% customer service and 50% production/inventory management).

· Working with customers and providing a high level of service and communication. At least one year of retail/restaurant experience is helpful.

· Having been a key holder (open/close) for a small business is also helpful.

· Managing multiple customer requests simultaneously and determining order of priority.

· Being to be a part of a team that helps each other succeed.

· Exploring new fashion trends and helping customers select the perfect garment.

· Being creative and can use or want to learn Photoshop or Illustrator. Extensive graphic design experience or degree is not required, but creativity is a must.

Some of the details:

· Pay is $14-$14.50 /hour depending on experience with annual reviews and merit increases.

· Part Time & Full-time options – 25-40 hours/week. Store hours are M-F 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

· Located in Downtown Ft. Worth Montgomery Plaza

· Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
