Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Graphic Design Trainer who can inspire and guide students in mastering industry-standard design tools and concepts. The ideal candidate should have strong command over Adobe Creative Suite and a flair for teaching both theoretical concepts and practical techniques in graphic and motion design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging classroom and lab sessions in graphic design tools and techniques.
• Teach and mentor students in the following tools and areas:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Lightroom
• Basic Video Editing (Premiere Pro or similar)
• Introduction to Motion Graphics (After Effects or similar)
• Guide students through project-based learning and portfolio development.
• Stay updated with design trends and integrate them into the curriculum.
• Provide constructive feedback on student work and support their growth.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators for curriculum planning and improvement.
• Organize design workshops, guest sessions, and showcase events.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong design sense and understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.
• Experience in motion graphics and visual storytelling is a plus.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
