Graphic Design Trainer

This is a Trainer / Faculty role in our new and upcoming Arena Animation centre at Nungambakkam

Software Requirements (Must Have Skills)

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Audition
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Leonardo.ai, RunwayML, Midjourney, etc.) Added Advantage

Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities)

Training & Content Delivery

• Deliver high-quality training using industry-standard teaching methods.
• Provide clear, structured, and practical content delivery across graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics topics.
• Teach and integrate Generative AI tools into modern design workflows.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and demonstrations aligned with the course curriculum.

Student Skill Development

• Guide students in building industry-ready portfolios (design, video edit, branding, motion graphics).
• Conduct assignments, reviews, assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students in developing real-time project experience and creative problem-solving skills.

Academic & Professional Responsibilities

• Stay updated with design trends, software updates, and AI-based creative tools.
• Engage in continuous upskilling and professional development.
• Maintain class management, discipline, and high engagement levels.
• Prepare and update academic documentation including attendance, evaluations, and project records.
• Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum enhancements and training improvements.

Additional Expectations

• Organize and participate in workshops, events, and student showcases.
• Assist the placement team by preparing students for interviews, portfolio reviews, and demo reels.
• Maintain a creative, supportive, and collaborative classroom environment.

Qualification (Preferred)

• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, video editing, and motion graphics work.
• Teaching or training experience preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
