Apex Order Pickup Solutions is looking for a Graphic Designer 1 to join our team at our global headquarters in Mason, Ohio. This opportunity will support the senior art director, and broader marketing team by creating compelling, on-brand visuals across multiple channels—including web, email, social, and sales enablement. You will be hands-on with concept creation, campaign execution, and graphic design, helping us bring our brand to life through visuals.

Summary:
As a Graphic Designer 1 you are a vital part of our Marketing team. In this role you will support our creative team, digital specialist, and internal stakeholders by assisting in the coordination, development, and execution of strategic initiatives, deliverables across various media channels and platforms.
What You will be doing:
- Collaborate with the creative team to coordinate, develop, and manage internal documents, digital marketing campaigns, social and online media, website, presentations, handouts, videos and other collateral as needed.
- Assist in developing branded templates for internal and external use, such as PowerPoint decks, social media, and marketing one-pagers.
- Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines, messaging, and marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into compelling visuals and continuously refine designs based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
- Support the marketing team to advance our marketing and branding efforts through innovative and collaborative work.
- Assist the creative team with design and editing marketing deliverables including internal collateral, photos, presentations, and digital campaigns.
- Stay up to date with design, marketing, and social media trends, best practices, and strategies to elevate our campaigns.
- Experiment with design techniques, tools, and layouts to improve content effectiveness.
- Assist with basic A/B testing of digital campaigns.
What You will bring:
- Recent completion of 2- or 4-year degree in marketing, graphic design or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, and related field (internships, co-ops or freelance work considered).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva. Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools.
- Keen sense of design, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Ability to work in a team environment while also functioning independently.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment a plus.
- Bonus: Experience with basic video editing or motion graphics (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) as well as Figma or similar tools.
