Graphic Designer (1+ Year Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about user-centered design, have strong visual design skills, and be able to transform ideas into engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and translate insights into wire frames, prototypes, and final designs
• Create user flows, journey maps, mock ups, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams
• Ensure consistency in branding and design systems across all platforms
• Improve user experience by analysing feedback and usability testing

• Bring innovative and modern design ideas to enhance user engagement
• Suggest improvements in user journey and product usability
• Create unique layouts that balance functionality and aesthetics
• Think beyond visuals — focus on problem-solving through design

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven Graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
