Graphic Designer ( 1+ Yrs Exp in Mumbai)

Minimum 1 year of proven graphic designer experience required.

We are seeking a self-driven graphic designer who can independently manage creative projects from concept to delivery. You will be responsible for creating designs, understanding briefs, coordinating with clients/teams, and ensuring timely execution. If you are creative, proactive, and eager to take ownership, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Creative design execution:
1. Conceptualize, design, and deliver social media posts, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and brand collaterals.
2. Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand guidelines and client expectations.

B. Project ownership:
1. Take full responsibility for assigned projects from understanding the brief to final delivery.
2. Plan timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time completion without constant supervision.

C. Client & team communication:
1. Interact directly with clients (or internal managers) to clarify requirements, present drafts, and handle revisions.
2. Communicate progress and proactively flag challenges or suggestions.

D. Quality & consistency:
1. Deliver high-quality designs that maintain brand consistency across platforms.
2. Review own work thoroughly to ensure error-free output.

E. Creative innovation:
1. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and digital formats.
2. Suggest new creative ideas and formats to improve campaign performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
