Position Overview:
We're seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team of thinkers, innovators, and go-getters who are shaping the way millions of people shop in India. As a key member of this passionate and down-to-earth crew, you'll be responsible for the entire design process, from concept to execution, ensuring the highest visual standards across all projects. What will you do at Fynd?
- Fynd Champion: Ensure strict adherence to Fynd's brand guidelines in all design projects. You'll be the guardian of our visual identity, making sure everything that goes out reflects Fynd's unique personality.
- Creative Powerhouse: Conceptualise and execute innovative design solutions for a variety of marketing materials, both on and off the app/product. This could include social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, illustrations, and more.
- Visual Storyteller: A master of crafting impactful visuals that tell a compelling story and resonate with Fynd's target audience. This includes expertise in illustration styles that complement your design approach.
- Team Leader & Mentor: Provide guidance and inspiration to junior designers. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment where creativity thrives.
- Deadline Daredevil: You'll juggle multiple projects simultaneously, all while meeting tight deadlines. Think on your feet and produce high-quality work under pressure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Embrace a collaborative spirit and be open to learning from other departments.
- Quality Czar: Conduct thorough quality control checks on all design deliverables. Offer constructive feedback and support team members during the creative process.
- Visionary Tweaks: Refine existing designs based on stakeholder input and feedback. Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure all visuals align with campaign goals.
Some specific Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in visual design with emphasis on graphic design and illustrations.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence and proficiency in digital design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) and other relevant design tools.
- In depth knowledge and expertise with graphics design, layout, and typography.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
