Job Purpose
Play a key role in creating visually appealing brand assets and applying them across various platforms to enhance CID’s branding and visibility, as well as working on various development and private sector projects through the design of creative and innovative graphics for deliverables such as reports, presentations, infographics, social media posts, print materials and other assets.
Design:
Duties and responsibilities

Brand Asset Design: Enhance and maintain our company's brand assets, including logos, colour palettes, typography, and imagery.

CID corporate material design: Developing creative designs for CID communication tools such as proposals, presentations, fact-sheets, infographics, etc.

Social Media Design: Design engaging social media graphics, posts, and stories that align with our brand identity.
Project-Based Design:

Work on various projects, designing creative and innovative graphics for deliverables, including but not limited to informative and visually appealing infographics and presentations for reports, proposals, and other project deliverables.
Collaboration And Communication:

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with our team, including consultants, marketing, and communications professionals, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.

Feedback and Revisions: Respond to internal team and client feedback and make revisions to designs as needed.
Brand Management:

Brand Guidelines: Maintain CID’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all relevant project designs.

Digital Asset Growth: Develop and grow CID’s's digital assets, including creating new graphics, icons, and imagery, and optimising existing assets for various platforms and uses.

B2B Branding: Understanding of B2B market dynamics and proficiency in B2B branding principles and best practices.

Graphic Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) or similar design software.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in design or any related fields

A minimum of four years of experience in design

A strong portfolio will be required upon submission of the CV, showcasing design work and campaigns with a focus on B2B branding.
