Role Overview

We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience who can bring bold, innovative visuals to our brand. This role involves working closely with marketing and product teams to develop compelling graphics for various channels, including social media (primarily), web, and app interfaces. This position will be based in Madurai and is an on-site opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Create visually appealing and engaging graphics, illustrations, and other promotional materials for all our digital channels

• Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all design assets, maintaining a consistent visual identity for KoinBX.

• Social Media & Marketing Collateral: Design impactful graphics for social media campaigns, email marketing, presentations, and other promotional content.

• Motion Graphics: Develop basic animations or motion graphics for enhanced engagement on social media and digital platforms.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the product team, marketers, and UI/UX designers to align design with project objectives and deliver creative solutions.

• Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, especially within the crypto industry, to keep our brand relevant and fresh.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the tech or crypto sector.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools like Figma and Canva.

• Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, from digital media to print-ready materials.

• Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong sense of aesthetics, with the ability to produce high-quality designs with attention to detail.

• Adaptability: Ability to adapt design style and approach based on project requirements and target audience.

• Time Management: Strong organizational skills, able to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
