Graphic Designer

RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Graphic Designer to join for an approximate 3-month project!

This position is a full-time, Monday-Friday position to be based in Seattle, Washington. Candidates must be willing to commute on-site 5 days/week.

This production-focused design role supports global recruitment marketing campaigns across North America, Europe, Japan, and the Asia-Pacific region. The position focuses on executing high-quality, static visual assets using pre-existing templates and brand systems. While creativity is valued, the emphasis is on consistency, speed, and technical accuracy in asset production. Flexible work-life balance is encouraged, what matters most is delivering quality work on time.

An online portfolio of work is required for all applicants.

As a Graphic Designer, You Will:

• Create on-brand marketing assets under the guidance of senior team members

• Adapt and apply established templates and design systems to meet campaign needs

• Support the production of static graphics for global marketing initiatives

• Collaborate with the creative team to align on design goals and execution

• Research and explore design trends to support creative innovation

• Maintain organized asset files and follow proper documentation processes

• Ensure deliverables meet technical specifications and follow brand standards

• Follow established workflows and contribute to efficient production processes

As an Applicant, You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in brand design or a related visual design role

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals and systematic thinking

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

• Solid understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and the rule of thirds

• Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation

Pay Range: $25.00 - $36.50 (Hourly)

The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
