We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team. In this role, you will support the execution of design projects that help tell the Verve story and bring our visual identity to life across a wide range of touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Social teams to help produce compelling and consistent creative assets—from digital to print. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for layout and typography, a love for systems and process, and a desire to grow within a collaborative, mission-driven brand. Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and production of brand, marketing, and packaging materials across digital and print platforms
  • Oversee the creation of all regularly occurring print design preparation, including labels and menus.
  • Prepare and package production-ready files for vendors, printers, and development partners
  • Create assets for e-commerce, social, email, retail, and internal communications
  • Assist with layout updates, resizes, adaptations, and other production tasks
  • Help ensure design consistency and accuracy across all brand touchpoints
  • Maintain and organize design files, templates, and brand assets
  • Work within established brand guidelines while bringing a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, digital, retail, and wholesale) to fulfill creative requests
  • Participate in creative reviews and team brainstorms
  • Stay current with trends in branding, design tools, and production processes
  • Support broader creative initiatives, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, and events

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong layout, typography, and composition skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • A keen eye for detail, consistency, and design precision
  • Understanding of file setup and print production standards
  • Ability to follow creative direction while managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Organizational skills for maintaining clean file structures and asset libraries
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • An interest in brand storytelling and how visual systems build connection and loyalty
  • Willingness to take direction, ask questions, and grow from feedback
  • Basic motion or photo editing skills are a plus (e.g., After Effects, Lightroom)
  • 1–3 years of professional design or production experience, agency or in-house preferred
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates production design skills and creative range
  • Familiarity with digital asset formats, resolution requirements, and version control
  • Knowledge of preparing and exporting files for web, social, and print
  • Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment and navigating feedback loops
  • Coffee knowledge or passion is a plus!
  • Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experience
