Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team, specializing in the creation of high-quality social media content. The ideal candidate should be skilled in designing eye-catching and engaging visuals tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll work closely with the content and marketing teams to develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing graphics for social media platforms
• Collaborate with content creators and marketers to translate ideas into visual content
• Maintain consistency in branding, color schemes, and typography
• Adapt and optimize designs for different platforms and formats
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and social media best practices
• Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines
• Edit and repurpose existing creative assets for ongoing campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Arts, Animation, or relevant field
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (social media focused)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and brand identity
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to take feedback constructively and revise work accordingly
