Graphic Designer

Job Description:

Alkye, a leader in digital innovation, is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Mohali. We need a creative and self-motivated individual with 1–2 years of experience who can take full ownership of design tasks, bring fresh ideas, and deliver high-quality visuals across digital and print media. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow quickly by working hands-on in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Marketing & Brand Collateral: Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Logo and Identity Design: Develop clean and versatile logos and brand elements that communicate brand identity effectively.
• Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain cohesive visual language across all platforms and projects.
• Typography & Colour Usage: Apply solid fundamentals of typography and color theory to create balanced, visually appealing designs.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and content teams to understand requirements and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Feedback & Iteration: Take ownership of your designs, revise based on feedback, and deliver polished outputs within deadlines.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep Alkye’s visuals fresh and competitive.
• Manage Multiple Projects: Balance several ongoing tasks and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 1–2 years of professional design experience (internship and freelance work also considered).
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing creative, clean, and versatile design work.
• Detail Orientation: Ability to produce precise, well-finished designs.
• Communication Skills: Comfortable presenting ideas and taking responsibility for design decisions.
• Bonus Skills: Knowledge of After Effects or other animation tools is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
