What You’ll Own

1️ Graphic Design

• Pitch decks, client presentations, proposals
• Social media posts (LinkedIn, Insta), event creatives
• Brochures, standees, one-pagers
• Internal team collaterals (certificates, SOPs, docs)

2️ Video Editing (Core)

• Edit testimonial videos, on-site footage, reels
• Add text overlays, transitions, background music, light motion
• Trim footage, sync with VO, and produce vertical/horizontal versions
• Export and manage versioning for web, mobile, and WhatsApp

Must-Know Tools

Design

Canva Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator

Video Editing

CapCut (desktop), VN, Premiere Rush, Final Cut or Premiere Pro

Presentation

PowerPoint or Google Slides

Storage

Google Drive / Dropbox (organised library)

You Must Have

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in both design & video
• A portfolio that shows before/after, reels, decks, brand consistency
• Strong eye for layout, fonts, and color hierarchy
• Clean editing style – professional, no TikTok fluff
• Self-managed, deadline-oriented, and responsive

Bonus Points

• Experience in facility management / real estate / B2B services
• Basic animation skills (optional – After Effects / Lottie)
• Able to write/think headlines or simple captions (not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
