Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 2 to 3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing design skills across both digital and print media, with a keen eye for detail, typography, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual concepts across a variety of platforms, including digital (social media, web, email) and print (brochures, posters, packaging).
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging campaign assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to internal stakeholders.
• Work with printers, vendors, or developers to ensure the final output matches the original design vision.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all design materials.
• Revise and update existing creative materials based on feedback.
• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Required Own Laptop.
• Immediate Joiner will be preferred.
• Must Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a professional design environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma and Canva is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and projects.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Prior experience in working with marketing teams or in an agency setting.
