Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work. You'll collaborate with copywriters, art directors, account managers, and developers to bring brand stories to life across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality creative work for campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, packaging, presentations, trade show booths, and more.
- Collaborate with art directors and creative team to interpret concepts and execute designs in line with client brand guidelines.
- Prepare final artwork for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and visual solutions.
- Adapt and resize existing creative for various formats and platforms.
- Stay current on design trends, techniques, and technologies relevant to advertising and digital media.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects or motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
- Experience designing for digital platforms (social media, web banners, email, etc.).
- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to take creative direction and constructive feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in advertising or marketing agencies.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (a plus, not required).
- Experience with branding and visual identity projects.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
