Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and visually appealing designs for web, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, print, and other digital platforms.
• Design logos, brochures, posters, product packaging, and branding materials that align with company objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative strategies and concepts for campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Update and maintain the company’s website design and layout, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback and refinement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and best practices.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and effective in communicating the desired message.
• Work with external vendors, such as printers or agencies, to ensure accurate production and delivery of designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar.
• Knowledge of web design, UX/UI principles, and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Creativity and a keen sense of visual aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹39,987.13 per month
